- The original receipts of your expenses must be submitted (boarding pass for the air ticket).
- The expenses for air tickets can be reimbursed only if a US carrier (i.e. American Airlines, Delta Airlines, US Airways, United Airlines, etc.) is taken when entering and leaving US soil.
